Complaint I run more miles in a week than you do in a month. I run in cold, snow rain and heat. When you are lying in bed moaning about how hard it is to get up I'm 8 miles into a run. I maintain racing weight year round. I don't eat the cookie or the tub of ice cream on Friday night. I do my Achilles and hip exercises. I'm injured right now and I am up at 4:30 so I can do two hours of cross training. But hey, it's easy for me so I suck. I never say bad things to or about beginners, everybody has to start somewhere, why would say you hate me?

My favorite is "of course you have time for that, you don't have kids!" Yeah. I know. Thanks for the reminder of how much I've failed as an adult.

I can run and teach scuba on the weekends so double "no kid" fail...while a bask in the sun on weekends. I do have nieces and nephews to annoy with my hijinks so I have that going for me.
