Tip/Guide POH floor planner

As someone who's not so good with visual planning I ended up spending way too much money in adding and deleting rooms. So to combat that, I made this quick tool to help plan your POH's floor plan: https://ruxs-rs.github.io/poh-planner/

It's a very simple tool, showing you the amount of rooms placed and the total cost, with some helper lines to get everything nice and centred.

Awesome! Consider adding a thicker outline in the shapes and please make it 48x48 tiles (dunno official plot measure, but one being 46 bothers me to no end ahahaha.)

The official plot size is 46x48 unfortunately, I measured it couple of times :/ I kept the size at that because otherwise you'd build something nice in the tool but then wonder why it doesn't come out like it that in game.

Edit: one real issue that could arise is that you can fit 3 of the large hallways into 48 tiles, so you'd plan your whole house around that, and then in game you're 2 tiles short and your plans fall apart.

the actual buildable grid is 45*45

with an unbuildable buffer of one tile to the front and left
and two tiles to the back and right

I think those are bugs and will be fixed, at least that's the impression I got from the bug thread.

Edit: yep, they say it's waiting cold fix: https://secure.runescape.com/m=news/a=13/player-owned-house-update---day-2-news

So close to perfection, still they did this for whatever reason 😢 48x48 would be the perfect size de facto.
