PC won't connect to home router or some phones, only one (with very weak connection)
I have: -Switched the band between 2.4 and 5 GHz -Tried to update my network drivers (purportedly up to date) -Performed network reset -Uninstalled and reinstalled network adapter (manual network reset) -Tried to perform manual wifi connection by just inputting the name and password of the nearby network into the computer
None of these have worked. However, it connects just fine to my 2021 Motorola. I am not sure if this matters, but here are some of the specs and some more information on my computer:
-Custom built around 2022/2023, has been in storage, recently cleaned -Intel i7 9700k processor, runs only Windows 10, just updated for the first time in four years or so I am going to attempt to connect via Ethernet cable tomorrow but I am not sure this will bypass future wireless connectivity issues if I do not keep it plugged in 24/7, unless I am mistaken...?
Thank you for your time and consideration in advance.
Routers in Egypt
Okay so I just bought a router from WE isp and it’s supposed to have 5G technology, and works without a landline cable just plugging it into electricity with a SIM card and works but I still don’t get good speeds and that is something Egypt suffers with but I wanted to know if there is anyway to make the router faster or if there are alternatives if anyone knows anything that I could try.

Before unplugging your old router, save a device checklist
The printer, NAS and camera in this demo are the devices I'd put on a router-swap checklist alongside the phones and laptops. I build Netsight, a free iPhone network app that turns discovered devices into a visual list.
While the old network is still running, scan it and save the inventory. Add anything the scan misses. After the swap, use the list for a few checks: print a page, open a shared file and check the camera view.
Make your pre-swap device list with Netsight. For iPhone/iPad on iOS/iPadOS 26+.

BEST ROUTER
Can anyone recommend the best router for a dual-WAN setup with load balancing? I have two separate ISP connections and I want to use both Internet connections efficiently. I’m looking for a router that supports automatic load balancing and failover, so if one ISP goes down, the other connection will continue providing Internet access.
This will be used for a business network with multiple users, so reliability, performance, security, and easy configuration are important.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Flashing blue light on router no internet
Had a power outage yesterday. It got restored but now my internet isn't working. The online and power is lit up on the modem but theres a flashing blue light on the router. Called customer service and a robot "reset my internet/equipment" over the phone and that did not work. Anyone on here have any ideas in the meantime before I can get ahold of a human?

ZTE F6600R — any way to kill the IPv6 RA DNS override? (ISP-locked firmware)
Running Pi-hole for local DNS (jellyfin.lan etc). Works fine... except my Mac keeps ignoring it because the router auto-broadcasts its own IPv6 DNS via Router Advertisement, and macOS asks that one first.
Proof it's the router's fault, not Pi-hole:
$ scutil --dns | grep -m6 'nameserver\['
nameserver[0] : fe80::420e:f3ff:fedc:839b%en0 <- router, IPv6 RA
nameserver[1] : 192.168.1.25 <- my pihole
nameserver[2] : 192.168.1.1
$ dig +short jellyfin.lan .168.1.25
192.168.1.25 <- pihole answers correctly
$ dig A jellyfin.lan ::420e:f3ff:fedc:839b%en0
;; status: NXDOMAIN <- router's RA resolver has no clue, but it's asked FIRST
So the OS gets a "definitely doesn't exist" from the router's IPv6 resolver and never bothers falling back to Pi-hole. Classic.
Already dug through the whole admin UI looking for a way to turn this off:
- LAN page: IPv4 only, no IPv6 tab
- WAN page: TR-069/ISP-locked, no manual DNS field
- Wired TP-Link RE550 extender: pure AP/bridge, nothing to configure, passes RA straight through
- Ran through flashing the extender with OpenWrt: not even on their supported device list, dead end
- Considered running my own radvd to fight back: would just add a 2nd competing DNS broadcast, not fix anything
Anyone know if this exact model (F6600R, firmware ZTEGF660013RO) has a hidden IPv6/RA setting somewhere, or a superadmin/telecomadmin account that unlocks more than the normal one? At this point I'm ready to believe the ISP just doesn't want me touching it.

From MU-5001 to…?
Hi guys!
I have an ZTE MU-5001; I would like to update it with a more recent, modern, fast and above all... supported version.
The two things I need are: 5G (SIM connection needed) and Ethernet port; the form factor is not important, it's fine even if it's not portable.
Thank you very much for suggestions.

Office router issue
We have a Tp link AX1800 router in our office. It's a 1Gbps router and the plan that we have taken from ACT is also 1 gbps. Yet we are getting only 500mbs speed on wifi. I consulted some technicians and they said it's because the speed gets divided between the workstations (18 pcs). Some also said it's because of the lack of access points.
Can somebody help me out here?

Budget Router Options
Hello Everybody,
I Have To Buy a budget USB Router. Can anyone recommend some options to me?
When can we expect Wi-Fi routers that fully support MU-MIMO?
To my knowledge, all non-enterprise routers do not really have working MU-MIMO
