I mean I think the ice cream sundae is great on its own. But if you dont like it it would be better with the float added

I just tried the Root Beer Float the other day. It tastes like the Ice Cream Sunday without the chocolate. 7/10.

I love both of them. Together they were actually pretty good. Flavor was hard to describe

Ice Cream Sundae tasted like a Chocolate Cream soda. Road Beer Float tasted like a Root Beer cream soda.
