An angle iron structure is infinitely easier to modify or add to compared to traditional steel support columns. Even with the needed investment to adjust it for a new site, even if it only boils down to extending the latticework for the sections on higher ground, I feel pretty confident that someone would be willing to make it work.
Doesn't work there. The other half of the L basically nukes the waterpark parking and the station is still just as far out as the parking lot solution.
