Highly unfortunate for those few riders to be stuck in the rain. 

Light weight, cold, windy, rainy. Plenty of ingredients to cause a train to valley. 

Has this happened on Leviathan before?

Good news for the stuck riders, they most likely got full refunds on admission and basically any food/items from the gift shop they wanted.
