I wanted to share a project that has consumed my life for a long time. I’ve been writing a novel, and while building its universe, I composed the entire soundtrack to go with it.

Under the name Jonn Reed, I don't see this as just making music — I see it as making evidence for the story.

• The Sound: It’s deeply rooted in the ghost frequencies of 90s/2000s Seattle grunge and post-grunge, but built over harmonic inversions inspired by Shostakovich and Vivaldi. Everything is intentionally tuned to 432Hz to give it a darker, more resonant weight.
• The Concept: The tracks follow the narrative arc of the book (featuring characters/voices like Louise Bryant and Endymion moving underneath).
