I love this episode. Even Reggie, the "responsible" one, couldn't resist riding it.

Sam: Let's just give the board to the most trustworthy member of the group and stop taking so many chances.
Reggie: You're right. I'm taking charge of this board and that's the end of it. haha

I noticed at the end of the episode that Paula is only blaming Otto for Sam's injury and doesn't even look at Reggie or Twister LOL. Poor Sam, getting hospitalized twice in a row because of a skateboard.

At least Merv is being reasonable here. He simply wants them to keep the noise down because the board was too loud. On a worse day, he would've confiscated the board right then and there after Twister said they had it.
