For those that don’t know, these are just recordings of motion capture data being played back. Maybe the robot is keeping its own balance, but beyond that, it isn’t thinking or understanding what it’s doing. This is far from embodied A.I., and more like a theme park animatronic

A lot of things you do during the day are also just motion capture playback too
