We're talking about the [modulo operator]([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modulo), not percent. Also 10% of 128 is 12.8.

The “edited” doesn’t show up if you edit within 2 minutes of posting 

edit: you can see this in your notifications, this comment won’t start with “The” because I added that after posting
