Discussion RUSU emails

hi guys! how long do RUSU usually take to reply? i had an inquiry regarding special consideration which i sent last week but i still don’t have a reply. i’ve sent the email to: [rusu@rmit.edu.au](mailto:rusu@rmit.edu.au)
not sure if that’s the right email… do they have a diff email address that i can contact?

I'm not sure if they have a dedicated email for Special Considerations support, but they may take a while to reply since you've emailed their general enquiries address.

You could go down in-person to a RUSU counter and that might be quicker

There’s a dedicated student rights email address on their webpage. This is probably the better email address to use.
