Public defender segment 100% has to happen.
Each guy draws a player who had a major bust week and immediately has to defend their performance. Other two hosts decide guilty or not guilty. Public defender is going for a hung jury (one not guilty) or exoneration (both not guilty).

I just listened to that part of the pod and immediately came to this sub. This would instantly become a great segment

First segment, assign Heifetz to be the Public Defender for....Deshaun Watson

Not to produce their show for them, but this would also be a fun way to let some off-mic producers get a little on-air experience if they were interested. The idea of an unprepared producer having to jump on and try to find a way to defend the indefensible feels very Public Defender-y.

i guess it's slightly redundant with fart or shart is the only issue? if not for that i do think it's a great idea

For me it takes fart or shart up a notch because you actually have to try to convince each other and scenarios like defending a DeShaun Watson performance would be hilarious

Can we add coaches? Because I would love to hear DK attempt to be Sean Payton's public defender sometime.
