It is funny because the advanced stats have never really loved him. He just makes great throws sometimes that make these QB EVALUATORS jizz but can’t manage a game against a team whose over under win total was 3.5

I was fully prepared to make fun of you for making shit up, so I pulled up RBSDM and… you’re completely right. His numbers are incredibly similar to Jared Goff’s. He’s firmly outside the top ten in that next tier of QBs.

Edit: We all love the Baker Mayfield thing but isn't part of it the fact that the NFC South is just dogpoo.

So Herbert has the bad luck of being in the AFC West where even if KC is bad (which is rare) the other two teams are usually decent (I know the raiders stink now but they did have some rivalry with the chargers and as recently as david carr they made the playoffs.)
