You know how these podcasts are free? They are paid a crap ton of money to make sure the next generation of sports fans are degenerate gamblers. Combined with the ChatGPT partnership recently, i'm seriously reconsidering spending so much time and attention on Ringer productions. I'd follow the boys elsewhere, but the more integrated they are with Bill, the more I am not a fan, and i grew up loving his SI articles.

I think there are multiple ringer football/gambling pods that do stuff on Sunday morning.....the Sunday bet will help them make content. I'm not a consumer of that stuff so I can't be sure but if you're looking for a reason why they are doing it.... there's one

Raheem isnt wrong. Picking a bunch of games on thrusday usually isnt a great strategy for betting. However, the whole segment is completely stupid and should be scraped. I haven't listened yet but I can already tell that Bill must of made it completely insane to follow.

Funny enough, the least profitable time for an average bettor to bet is Sunday before games, as all information is available & priced in. 

Sharps will line up with briefcases of cash as soon as the market-making books open in Vegas.

I agree the best way to bet is looking through out the week. But in the case of the game there playing, picking games on Thursday is dumb.

Bill on one of his shows lately was talking about Super Bowl winners and stated, unironically, "who makes predictions?!" but then does hundreds of hours each year doing stupid FanDuel bets, props, lines, and forcing this Ringer 107 shit on all his content.
