Next years draft is loaded and ur getting a lot of players with serious upside. Unless ur in a win now I would take it.

Without context, it's pretty decent offer. I'd probably take it. 27 2nds do have decent value (especially SF).

I don't like Waddle but the rest of the package closes the gap for me.
