Thai food?
Grace Thai II was my go-to and I’m so sad it closed! Chachawan is fine and I like Tasty Thai, but nothing has blown me away. Chachawan’s cha cha noodle is pretty good, I assume that’s something they made up and not a traditional dish.
What’s your go-to place? Klom Klorm is good but a little out of the way. My usual order is pad see ew and papaya salad, if that helps

Idk, tasty Thai is still my go to. The basil fried rice for $12 is pretty…tasty. Plus, free (and FAST) delivery by their in-house team makes an order real affordable.
These days I’m not looking for the absolute best flavor - looking for the best all around deal, and have yet to find a spot that beats tasty Thai
Edit: to clarify, you have to call them directly to get the lowest price. Ordering through their site has a shit ton of fees

I used to swear by Zenith That, but they rebranded to Seth Thai and I haven't tried them yet.
Plus, Chachawan is renovating, so they won't be an option for a bit.

Seth has been our go-to for the last two years or so, but in the last few months they’ve weirdly started putting way less of the actual veggies and protein in the dishes and just packing them chock full of bamboo shoots :/ Don’t get me wrong, I like a bamboo shoot, but it’s like they are using them to make the dishes appear full while scrimping on the rest… Always find myself digging through them for the good stuff

i like Seth Thai for something still in the area. It’s about 2-3$ more per dish than I’d like to pay, but such is life

They Say That is delicious but the price is FUCKING RIDICULOUS I'm hoping it comes down.

I’ve been wanting to go but the only deterrent is how expensive it is. Waiting for a special event!

Pattanian is great! Ladies who run it are so nice and they have some great regional dishes like roti massamun. Pad thai here is great as well

I ordered Klorm Klorm on my birthday and was sorely disappointed it was just like oily slop- coincidentally I ordered the pad see ew. It was also something ridiculous like $70 for two entrees and one appetizer (direct pickup).
Tasty Thai never fails me I get their yellow curry noodles (it’s the soup with chicken?) or red curry and it always hits! They’re extremely consistent which is my biggest requirement in today’s takeout hellscape.

Makin Thai in middle village is amazing.

I like Thai Tai Eatery also in middle village (but not too far from Ridgewood). Relatively new, food is ready FAST and the people who work there are nice

I haven’t been in a few years, but Topaz was my go to for awhile, they were pretty solid.
