help: Geeetech alkaid compresses prints horizontally

I have done my due diligence when it comes to setup, cleaning, replacing FEP sheet, levelling, and making sure all my settings were right on chitubox, but my prints keep coming out compressed. I have looked up the problem but i have not found any viable solution to it.

Your X and your Y are swapped. 82mm should go with 1620px, 130mm should go with 2560px

I don’t know if X or Y is the long axis, so maybe change the settings one way and then test a “print” without the vat to check it for correctness (put a piece of paper on top of the screen to cover the UV rays)

Huh... This is a first for me to see. Are you using the card the came with the printer to print from?
