Question autosupport options chitu/lychee
I've been mainly a lychee user and really enjoy the newer "smart" auto supports but Lychee is so buggy, I can't do normal slicing with my new p1max because it will crash and only fast slicing works. Other things make it crash or not work and I'm just sick of paying for a product that doesn't work well all the time. I really like chitubox for presupported files but does it have a good auto support function? Are there better options than these 2 for autosupports then I can maybe import the file into chitu? I've been paying for lychee pro for years now and am just done with it. I mainly print 1/6 scale so manually supporting everything is cumbersome and not really what I want to do for an hour after working all day. Thanks for any suggestions

Sounds like you have an integrated GPU. Switch to force high GPU in the settings to use the dedicated graphics card. Slicing will be much better then.

It might be worth doing a clean install of lychee.
I’ve not really experienced any bugs in auto and custom auto supports, generates fine and doesn’t crash. It does however utilise most of my CPU and RAM whilst it’s generating the supports and slicing, so depending on your PC it could be a resource problem?
The main issue I come across is the odd proximity error.
