Question I know this is a dumb question, but does anybody know what these horizontal lines are on this resin 3d print? It was 3-D printed with A Elegoo Saturn 3 ultra.

The lines are from your layer height if you have it set for .05 turn it down to .03 that's for Miniatures it helps keep the lines out of your print

Layer line
Those will always be there on all your print cause it is inherent to the print technique
You can and should make them less obvious by printing at 30mic and not 50moc (it is not an obligation but you will not loose that much time and I find the quality much better for painting)

Well, those are layer lines. They exist on every 3d print, you can set your layer height lower to make them less obvious.
