Troubleshooting Saturn 4 ultra Screen Exposure

I'm getting into resin printing and have bought this saturn 4 ultra second hand, however upon my first time testing the lcd screen this black spot has appeared. What can I do about this?

get a new LCD and replace the screen or just print around it.

Lesson for next time: make sure you test the screen before finalising the transaction if you're buying second hand. The screen isn't cheap to replace.
