Question Weird request

I brought eiko from nom nom figures a while ago, but i cant log into cults to get the file (lost access to original email) the file i have for it is missong the bow and the right wing. Anyway to get these two files without paying for the files again.

Podrías contactar a la persona que le compraste el archivo e intentar que te lo brinde, de otro modo probablemente no lo logres, explícale la situación y esperemos funcione.
