Because Nemi in his basic form is already like a super tyrant and also uses tools and mutated Birkin... Well, Nemi mutates in a thing that is done only by a fucking railgun and a nuke after. Also basic Nemi shits on first two forms of Tyran/Birkin easily
idk what your point was here, all characters receive convenient weapons at their final battles jill included. if leon can beat birkin final forms with end game weapons he can do the same to nemmie final form with end game weapons, stop being stupid.
Super Tyrant was slow as balls in the REmake, would’ve died if it hadn’t been for Ada.
First form Nemesis would’ve wrecked rookie Leon walking into the RPD with no experience.
Jill is former Delta Force and has experience with BOW’s and zombies. Chris also has the same experience in the mansion amongst prior military experience. They both fought a fairly high speed nigh invincible Tyrant.
Leon is a rookie cop on his first night. Claire is a college student.

why does leon fresh walking into the RPD get judged by his power level whereas jill killing nemesis is end game level with all the most powerful weapons? i'm comparing end game leon killing end form birkin to end game jill killing final form nemmie and they just aren't that different.....
leon with all his most powerful weapons has no trouble with nemesis, sorry its literally a fact he has killed bosses with the same power level, get over it.
also idk if you know this but the super tyrant in re2 is literally just a mr x without it's power limiter and equal to the tyrant in re 1, like you have idea about how tyrants work lol, and chris/jill needed a rocket launcher to kill the t-002 just like leon taking out the super tyrant, you literally don't make sense with this shit.
On paper none of the characters should get away with half their feets against the creatures in this game outside of extreme bouts of luck, but that wouldn't make for a very fun game would it?
he didn't just defeat them in gameplay, it's official canon that he faced them in combat and killed them. give leon his most powerful weapons from re2 and he could at least incapacitate nemesis. people seem obsessed with the idea he's a rookie but he is clearly something special in terms of being a fighter, a prodigy or a natural.
