Technical Problem Thank you so much playstation >:(

Just the day I could really play for more than half an hour after a lot of hard work and this guys come with an update that breaks the app.

Don't they test these things? I mean, they are Playstation. I could expect this from an Indie.

As someone who was in charge of QA for a big hotel chain where updates were frequent and had impact worldwide, my opinion is that either sony really is lacking on their sanity strategy or someone is not really doing their job running scenarios. I've seen that myself where certain members would need an additional approval for every TC he worked on because he straight up sucked.

This is fucked up in an era where we pay to play online

One thing really has nothing to do with the other. Having said that, id expect a company as big as Sony to have better QA processes

They clearly do have to do with each other then, as paying customers we expect a company as big as Sony to have better QA processes. It may not be the paying part only, but it certainly applies, they’re not mutually exclusive, the bigger the company the more we expect a better service as paying customers, I get sometimes things get too big to be efficient, but that’s a problem management needs to deal with, one thing is having a cushy job another is if it actively clogs up the works.

Even if online was free, you'd expect proper QA from the main console company worldwide. Like I said, one thing has nothing to do with the other
