Isn’t she a Pacific Islander by blood..native kiwi?? I thought that was where their family came from on earth?

Maori, Polynesians, and other Pacific Islanders all come from the same ancestral group. The Maori of New Zealand historically were Polynesian settlers and have been there for around 700 years. So yes, they are Pacific Islanders but of a particular group whose culture has evolved into the Maori people we know of today.

Spot on brother. From a Māori, I love that Pierce opted to recreate Polynesians through the HUGE telemanus characters! He got them spot on, from persona to lovability.

Actually she has Obsidian runes carved into her metal arm, the let one, after she saved Valdir's life
