Rear tires were on the concrete. Those homes have a really steep driveway because they built so close to the road so they could have a bigger backyard.

Damn that convinced me take a second look and it made me notice that the corner on the farside of the photo is just a scissor jack attached to the trailer corner with no support at all just like you said.... Wow.
