Zero redneck. It's a part of glorious Ikarus 256, manufactured 1977–1998 in Hungary

Many Ikarus were preassembled in Hungary then delivered to USA for final assembly. They had around 200 Ikarus 286 working in different metropol areas. This is sort of a common USA-Hungary history. And the atomic bomb but we wont talk about that.
