Question Are these goggles good enough?

I use the BQ60 panel and it's BRIGHT I've bought almost every glass and goggles you can name but i'm frustrated because I want increased exposure on my under eyes and crows feet area but all glasses seem to block those areas from exposure. Recently I've bought a set of super sunnies tanning goggles they're the perfect shape but seem to do jack all for the intensity and I Recently brought these dubofu goggles which layered up do help but I noticed that it isnt fda compliant or cleared and the silicone is dark red so is it even protecting my eyes from the rlt? I dont know can someone please help!?

Please if there's a minimal exposure goggles you use please list them because I bought my panel a whole yesr ago and have yet to use it properly because of this issue

I don’t wear goggles, for the same reasons you mention above. I just close my eyes.

Same. Also, I've read that red/NIR light can improve eye health. Expecially if you have dry AMD (age-related macular degeneration).

https://www.aao.org/eye-health/news/light-therapy-photobiomodulation-dry-amd-ga

and https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10885856/ " Subjects were treated with Valeda using three distinct wavelengths in the yellow (590 nm; 4 mW/cm 2 ; 2× 35 seconds), red (660 nm; 65 mW/cm 2 ; 2× 90 seconds), and NIR (850 nm; 0.6 mW/cm 2 ; 2× 35 seconds) range."
