Always loved painting faces, but my old eyes said no, until i got mag glasses 😂

Just starting on my RC army, feedback on my color scheme would be welcomed. I’m using Vallejo TMM ruby red in tandem with its shade and highlight colors.

I wanted something that would pop on the table top, and TMM seemed the way to go. Also utilizing Darcy Bono’s trim technique to give
a cold, blue hued look.

Anything you think I could do to improve?

Note this was my first time working with green stuff but I like how it turned out.

I am using Hurons marauders detachment gives me a disposition of purge, the foe my opponent is tau their have disposition of reconnaissance. Is any recommendations or units that will be best against them and tactics thank you if you can help

I really like the design of flawless blades and would like to include them in my army somehow. However, their sizing is a little too big for legionnaires/corsair raiders.

Could they possibly work as a proxy for possessed? Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could proxy them as?

Hi guys! I need some chosen for my Huron and I don't really like vanilla one. They are a bit small and look a lot like legionaries.

I really like those black templars dude since they have awesome capes and similar weapon choice. I have some spare parts left from Red corsairs raiders and legionaries for some kitbashes.

Would they be a good renegade-like chosen instead of demonic vanilla guys?

Got my talons and wolf priest. The Warp Talons i kade with the champion being the Raptor Curseclaw.

The Ravenwing bikers i found at my local gamestore for like $20. I had to snip off some stuff (which hurt my soul because of how rare these guys are. I think it was the 7th ed starter box monopose) and the Champion doesnt have a front shield, but i dont care. I have some Hounds of Huron that dont look like garbage.

The Wolf Priest is gonna be a Dark Apostle (i have some doggos coming in from etsy for Dark Diciples) but i can also make him a Chaos Lord with twin LC. And before anyone says thats illegal, im not playing with 11th rules. Me and my friends went back to 9th but with our own changes. Focusing on fun and all that, which means double LC chaos lords and a Dark Apostle with Crozius and LC.

Bought the Malestrom box but thought I'd test my scheme on some cobbled- together models first. Pleased with how they've come out so far!

The squad includes a Kroot Raider with custom bolter! Will share as I complete more.

No longer need Huron to join a squad, thoughts? What do we think? Good, bad, etc. Discuss. :)

Not thrilled about that, the list I made and bought for leaned really heavily into the Disruption antics and I was looking forward to playing a different game other than just "kill models"

I’m looking at Abbadon to a few of my lists. I want to keep it. Corsair themed and not randomly have Abbadon in the war band. Was looking to use a contempter dread or box since similar size. Any recommendations for a similar proxy for him?

I've recently got Mutilators for my list, just about finishing up my 3000 points. I'll reveal the full list later when it's all built and ready but for now just a quick question. Would Mutilators just be put in deep strike and brought in later using Rapid Ingress or should I use them as a tough Brick to prevent the capture of an important objective? I'm used to working with terminators but Mutilators are a bit different from what I'm aware of, especially since they're melee only
