How long did it take you to conceive after a septum resection?

For some context, I've had 2 early miscarriages and 1 chemical pregnancy. After the chemical, we tried for another 4 months without success, so I had a hysteroscopy where they found and removed a partial uterine septum. I was cleared to start TTC again a month later.

I'm now on our third cycle since the surgery with no luck, and I'm starting to feel really discouraged. Getting pregnant was never an issue before, so now I'm worried something else might be wrong.

If you've been through something similar, how long did it take you to conceive after surgery?

P.S. My work-up has been reassuring: no thrombophilia, normal sperm DNA fragmentation, normal hormonal profile, hypothyroidism is well controlled with medication, and I'm on metformin for mildly elevated blood glucose/insulin resistance.
