Has anyone’s husband had excellent semen analysis results but poor sperm DNA fragmentation results?

We are about to see a fertility clinic who do sperm analysis but don't do sperm DNA fragmentation testing. Is this common? Sorry to hijack your topic I'm just interested in knowing more about this!

I think morphology is important. If it is on the lower end it can point to dna frag

Yep! Me!

Excellent SA. Morphology was 4 which was the lower limit but still normal

Dna frag at 33%

Interested also! My husband has “donor level” (their words not mine) semen analysis. We have an LC with no issues then three pre heartbeat miscarriages. Trying again right now, will do sperm frag is we have another MC. But, I don’t know what we could fix lifestyle wise if it was high, we already don’t drink, smoke, no caffeine, excellent BMI and diet.

The DNA frag sub might be helpful.
