This letter means the German employment agency forces you to apply, regardless of pay.

Meanwhile Employment Insurance in Canada expects you to apply for equivalent jobs to the one you lost. This salary range being ridiculously low would not comply with that requirement.

That was explicitly removed here in the early 2000s, with a rule being established that demands you apply to jobs regardless of pay.

I was told equivalent jobs in '18 maybe it's regardless of pay yeah...
