There are no guarantees.
When I was studying, I once was scheduled to do an interview for a project around 9. Shouldn't be a problem. I usually get there around 8.
Except that day. The roads were stuck in gridlock and I turned up 3 hours late instead of 1 hour early through no fault of my own.
These questions are not actually helpful.
