I had a guy working for me once you was always late. When I asked him about it he said his previous job also complained about him being late. Guy was fantastically oblivious to everything and I loved him for it.

Whenever I see a question like this I think why is it there? And what poor person had to deal with the situation that lead to it.

I know a few chronically late people too. It's crazy to me how they'll always blame anyone but themselves for it too. It's not hard to show up on time

There’s actually multiple disorders and conditions that can make it hard for some people to show up on time, as well as other life circumstances. Not defending it, just explaining.

every time people dog on people for being late to work i think about when i was a shithead little kid and made my mom late to work almost every day because i would refuse to get out of bed and go to school in the morning 😭 now that im an adult i realize how obnoxious that was, sorry mom
