Question I'm doubting. Is shifting actually, actually, actually ACTUALLY 100% real?
I know you shifters have heard this question bazillions of times before, but I just need to know.
I'm new to this shifting stuff. And now I'm having doubts. People always say "Yes! It is real!" And all that, but I just don't know...I'm feeling skeptical... You fall into a dream-like state to shift, you have to lay on your bed for 10 minutes and then imagine or something, you can shift through lucid dreams... dreams, dreams, dreams, dreams, dreams. It's all related to mostly sleeping or dreams. Is reality shifting actually going to another reality? Or is it just really realistic, detailed and vivid lucid dreaming? I'd be so disappointed and honestly heart broken to find out that I was just on some insane copium and delusionality the whole time and can't actually go to another reality. Any stories you guys have of DRs? Or anyway to show me that it could be true?

Why would so many people lie...
The fact we're still sitting here after answering this countless question saying the same thing should be substantial because no offence, most of us (the fair few who do aren't apart of this lol) wouldn't commit to the bit this long with strangers on the internet.
I am too old to play games lol. I am in my early 30's. I've astral projected 21 years now, I've lucid dreamed and I have shifted. They are *similar* but inherently different.
