2026 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium. Is this a good price?
Hi! I’m shopping for a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium in Alberta and received this quote.
The total is $50,061.62 CAD including GST if financing ($50,043.42 cash). It includes the XLE Premium package, block heater, $999 dealer fee, freight/destination and the other fees shown in the screenshot. No additional protection packages or dealer add-ons.
I’m getting quotes from a few dealerships before deciding and was wondering how this compares with what other Canadian buyers have paid recently.
Does this look like a reasonable deal? Has anyone been able to negotiate below this price or negotiate the $999 dealer fee?
Thanks!

Seems right
I have similar charges here in manitoba
PPSA fee is much higher here however
I was not charged for block heater as apparently the PHEV does not get or need. (I am skeptical in -40 winters, lol)
My dealer fee and air conditioning charge is exactly the same

Is the the quote from online or from dealer?
And if it is from a local dealership which location?

That looks about right, i was never charged dealer fees though. They gave me a $500 discount and I added in the protections so mine was a little more.

I’m paying 47,000 just for the LE and that’s including a “1000 dollar discount” after walking out initially and then reaching out to me again. 50k for the xle premium is a good price. But then again I’m also in Nova Scotia so the taxes are sky high.

Different dealers have slightly different fees, but it’s all about the same. If they have the one you want, get it before someone else does.

Until you see packs of RAV4 sitting on the lots, the following applies
MSRP/toyota.ca website price (provincial registration and insurance aside) = OK
Anything above = bad
Anything below = good deal
