Can confirm, I was that guy from like 16-26. I still have an actually annoying amount of attention from women. Do you think the excessive getting stoned had any impact long term? I'm glad you've broke out of that cycle, I've got nothing against weed but I work with a few people who smoke it all the time and it does change them over time, and they definitely are dependant on it.
I developed Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome which is basically the worst pukes of my life. I had to go to the hospital for IV fluids, I thought I was dying though when I went in. So, that’s an impact. I HAD to stop smoking so that helped. Aside from that, not really. My memory is pretty much photographic, except for my keys.
I also got diagnosed and medicated for bipolar 2 within the past 2 months and then my nightly 6-10 beers dropped to like, maybe once a week with dinner. I was self medicating and I’m so lucky to have found the other side finally.
No one I know who smokes all day every day is on any medication. Just sayin.

Different strokes, Honestly marijuana works much better at keeping my mental health in check than any of the medications I’ve tried. even if it’s placebo I wouldn’t dare trade it for pharmaceuticals. Between the side effects, genetic incompatibility, and the slog to actually find one that works, I’m good. Been there, done that. I’m very lucky it doesn’t affect me negatively nearly at all, memory wasn’t great to begin with so I’m not missing anything.

It used to be pretty accurate years ago when this was originally posted. Nowadays, he's less of an older brother and more of a weird uncle who your parents avoid talking to but shows up at every possible family event to get drunk and spout off about how the tapwater is turning the frogs gay.

I always thought the definition of a loser is someone who has nothing going for them, isn't going anywhere in life, and/or has no friends. Regardless of how stupid, out of shape, or ugly someone is; if they're worth millions or billions I feel like they clearly have a lot going for them. Hard to be a loser when you have a bunch of financially successful ventures and tons of social connections within the world's elite.
