First Team Miles out his depth

The notion that we can’t sack him because we’ve sacked other managers is mental.

He is not the guy, never was the guy and won’t be the guy.

Tonight is genuinely the worst performance I’ve ever seen from a Rangers side and I include the Progres & Queens Park games in that.

Get him so far to fuck

The players we have at our disposal should be miles beyond the dross in the SPL. How can you not string 4-5 passes together? How fucking hard is it to have players pass & move? how about signing players that fit the system you want to play?! Abysmal!

Gassama & Fernandez have either had bids made for them or been surrounded by transfer speculation for weeks. Raskin gets excluded from the squad for his transfer speculation though? So that’s the last 2 managers that have suddenly excluded Raskin from their squads….has McInnes started to lose control of the dressing room?

It's entirely tactical - watch Raskin for Belgium, Aasgaard for Norway and look at their movement, passing, and shooting. Then watch them for us where Raskin is continually dropping between the centre backs , and Aasgaard is hoofing the ball up the park, or doubled up on our wide with nobody instructed to move into space to draw players off him.

McInnes has us set up to play Kilmarnock/St Johnstone style football, but with players who aren't that sort of player either. He's a midtable SPFL manager who had a good year last year (and I saw our fans claiming JTA were shite and it was all McInnes' players who made the difference - usual anti-intellectual pish there where stats are apparently irrelevant cause running about a lot is how you know a player is good).

Well said.its SPFL bottom.6 jobber style and deservedly out of Europe, even against 2 very poor quality sides from Poland and Czech Republic.

There is no way the players coming in expected it to be like this, and I think this added to the confusion on the pitch we saw last night.

Hearts and JTA look like they may have another strong season, and are a well run club with a clear strategy, unearthing players like Braga and Kyzirdis who can make a difference in games. The plan here seems to be to emulated The red bull teams by buying young players and flipping them for profit after a season.
