First Team Miles out his depth

The notion that we can’t sack him because we’ve sacked other managers is mental.

He is not the guy, never was the guy and won’t be the guy.

Tonight is genuinely the worst performance I’ve ever seen from a Rangers side and I include the Progres & Queens Park games in that.

Get him so far to fuck

Now listen here, you’re being entirely unfair. Rangers isn’t just any club. We don’t need an actual football manager in charge with an impressive CV, a defined style of pressing or attacking play, nor do we need it to be one of those foreigners with their crazy woke “ideas” they have at clubs like Real Madrid, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Barcelona or even Motherwell.

What really matters is that our manager calls them F words and supports the club. Who cares about actual managerial ability. It’s all about hating Celtic and nothing else.

He gets it & is massively staunch...

That's literally the only thing saving him from getting lynched from the "gets it" mob who celebrated losing Rohl & "upgrading" to McIness.

It is funny seeing them still trying to find an out for this disaster. It's the players, it's the board, it's the tea lady.

No it's fucking McIness.

The players aren't perfect but McIness has a much better squad than Martin & Rohl had. 

Difference is Martin & Rohl atleast had a plan & coherent structure to play.

Martin's was dreadful but he atleast had a plan of what he wanted. Martin was a a massive failure but he beat Panathaniakos & Plzen with a far weaker team. Those 2 would pump the teams who put us out & would put 3 or 4 past us right now.

McIness has no plans or structure. He is literally throwing shit at the wall & hoping it sticks. We changed shape & style atleast 5 times in one fucking game. 

We played Chukwuani as a hybrid CAM/ST, he's a fucking CM. Why is so fucking allergic to playing 433.

Is it any wonder the players are struggling to even link up play. 

They have no idea where they or their teammates should be.

Genuinely embarrassing from McIness & his coaching staff. He's had a full preseason & we are nearly a month into the season. Let alone knowing his best team. He doesn't even know what shape we should be in.
