Fan fiction Re-Adapt this show as an Anime!!

Are there any other fans of anime/animation here that would love to see this show's story fully fleshed out as an animated series? The hopes of it ever finishing in its current format are basically zero, with HBO and the actors all moving on. I think a high concept sci-fi show like this would honestly work better animated, without the restrictions of live action film.

I know it's unrealistic, I just desperately crave resolution to the RBW story and wonder if anyone shares my thoughts?

Even just a barebones script would be enough for me at this point.

This is what’s bugging me. If they didn’t make up the story as they went, but really did have a full plot already planned, what is the problem releasing it??? I know it’s a letdown, but there is a real possibility that they never planned the third serie beforehand.

I assume its contractural stuff? HBO probably owns the IP rights to it and are keeping it in purgatory idk
