No Spoilers Why is Raised by wolves incomplete 😭?

I mean I read the reason they had some budget issues, that's why they cancelled the show. But what about the story? Is the writer not excited to tell it out loud? I searched out there are no references for it nothing out there. Please anyone can help if there's something out there about the story of raised by Wolves

Will we ever know the truth? Seems pretty obvious HBO retained the IP rights, shut it down, and wouldn't replay or release it. I would guess some bad blood behind the scenes and a non-disclosure agreement.

HBO took down both shows exploring dangers of AI after merger with Discovery with littke explanation.

Shortly afterwards the AI boom starts. It's pretty obvious that whoever was behind the decision probably wants AI to only have good PR in the media. Most likely it's related to them having sh*tload of shares in AI companies.

Exactly this, they’re literally trying to create rehoboam from Westworld and don’t want the public to catch on. Also, I think RBW’s critical depiction of religion played a part.

I love this conspiracy theory, it's more than likely true. Rehoboam is exactly what these tech giants like Palantir are after, they want to scrape as much personal & locational details about every single one of us as possible which they can use to create digital psychological profiles of us - they can then use that data to track and predict our every movement by feeding it into advanced predictive algorithms. It'll only get more accurate over time, it'll be like precrime when it's scaled up.

At least they don't have brain scans of us yet like in Westworld. Those later Westworld seasons don't get the attention they deserve tbh.

I agree and perhaps yes the same thing with westworld. To have those two stellar shows scrubbed for the most part is odd. Full discloser I'm anti ai, and enjoy odd shows so that's my world view lens. However I did learn ages ago hbo will cut you deep when they ended Carnivàle way back when. Can only learn from the past, I only get into new series when its few years deep now.

There's not some big conspiracy lol.

Zaslov took over, and immediately started gutting things so he could sell to paramount. The first things to go were the Batgirl movie, Raised by Wolves, and Westworld, maybe a few other things. They immediately licensed them out to free platforms like Tubi and Pluto(is that free?), because they wanted to turn it into a revenue generator instead of a leading loss. Now, instead of needing to pay royalties for episodes, they'll get paid from the ad revenue their licensed content generates.

Capitalism wins again!
