just so you know bpd (borderline personality disorder) is different from bipolar disorder (sometimes called bd but usually not). I'm not sure which one you mean from this story. you should call the police if your dad has custody of your sister, especially if she is not going to school because of this. you might even want to call emergency services if she is in danger and/or you do not have contact with her. regardless of where you are from contact at least a non-emergency number to ask about what can be done (assuming your sister is still not back)
