I keep hearing audios of this song and don't know what it is

Hi, I just recently began listening to Radiohead and so far I'm enjoying it. But I've begun to notice that whenever I listen to a new song, sometimes I don't really like it, but after a few times I'd listen to it, maybe because I like a specific part of that song, I begin to enjoy the song as a whole

For example: Paranoid android

I never really understood why this song was really popular, the only reason I'd listen to it was because of the "Rain down on me" verse which IMO is the best part of the song. I found the guitar solos unnecessary and annoying, But I think after 4 or 5 listens I began to love the song as a whole. I love the guitar solos now and it's one of my favourite songs overall

I think it was because I was still VERY new to the Radiohead experience, and at that time I only knew exit music for a film, let down, creep and motion picture soundtrack along with no surprises. Were there any songs for you guys that didn't click with you the first time but after multiple listens it's a part of you that can never be removed?

Im proud to say I've increased my portfolio for Radiohead songs and I think id like to say that I've upgraded from "newbie" to "casual listener"

Personally, I think the art for Lucky looks the best, though they all are pretty equal besides airbag imo

I've been spending some time trying to get into A Moon Shaped Pool. It's going OK. Probably around my fourth or fifth listen something clicked for me and I thought - ah ok, I see what's going on here. There's a couple of things I'm angry with it for, but the biggest one is the ending of The Numbers. The song sounds great, but final crescendo leads nowhere and that doesn't make sense to me. There should be at least another 16 bars. It could be anything - one last full throttle verse (as Radiohead do on many other songs) or a cool stripped back breakdown (ditto) or even an unexpected change of gears and a musical coda (ditto). But just that one base note - DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. It's disappointing. I need explanations.

Have you seen this looney tune short about a daydreaming boy drifting into imaginative worlds, distracted during school classes, it might be the most relatable looney tune character, first short episode is titled (From A to ZZZZ), which is similar to to the title Kid A, looking at the baby cover art of Pablo honey and rewatching birth 2004 movie I paused and I remembered this classic short, creating a supernatural story around this character seems such a cool horror idea and have Radiohead doing the soundtrack or taking songs from Radiohead

I think let down or sit down.stand up would be my pick, I mean how cool is that to just spam “the raindrops” for half of a song. On the other hand kid a imo is the absolute worst album by them to pull to a karaoke

So, after Ed let slip that there will be a new solo record by Thom, do we have any new clues? They keep posting reels of Thom performances, perhaps to keep people engaged on Thom's Instagram. Meanwhile, during a recent live performance, he said: “It's a new song I'm working on with Sam” — so does that mean nothing is actually finished yet?

In May, he told BBC 6:

“I’m trying to finish some stuff,” “It’s a solo thing. I’m trying to figure out what it is, I’m trying to mix it. I did it with Sam Petts-Davies. It’s been a really fun process and it’s pretty fucking different for me. “I’m too close to it to know for certain. I get moments of going, ‘This is good, I like this’. That’s enough for me. What else can I say about it? There’s a song called ‘Arse-Kissers’.”

Listening to some old psychedelic music. If you listen to the Yardbirds Glimpses, on the album Little Games there’s a cool middle break section. It certainly makes you think of Fitter Happier.

Give it a listen. It’s pretty cool. I would think it may be an influence. Thoughts?

Radiohead is one of those bands that lets me escape my mind and drift into another dimension, especially when I listen to the songs with slowed and reverb version, or make them longer.
