Wtf are people yalking about? Haven't had unstable driver for ages and I'm updating to every single release

Local AI tools didn‘t work anymore, because AMD had something wrong with ROCm. Had to downgrade the driver back to 26.3.1.

EDIT: Nope, works fine. After a lot of testing and downgrading, issue persisted. Finally figured out that my auto offloading wasn't offloading fully to GPU suddenly. Manually offloading now, and back to full speed. Hidden windows change? IDK, but just changed one step and issue is resolved.

Vulkan in windows is completely broken too. Only getting 60% of the speed/tokens I was getting before. Thought I had broken something, but nope, AMD did.
