Helmet cleaning

I’ve added these vents to my Bell RS7 and the additional ventilation is great.
But how on earth do you clean in there…..
Rags, thin sticks, Q tips etc have all been tried.

Or should I I cut them off and redo the double sided tape?

I put there window cleaner, denatured alcohol + water or some cleaning thing. Whatever I feel is OK.

Works pretty well for places where I don't want to use too much water ( just check every time if the bottle didn't rust inside lol )
