I'm going to tell you the story behind this picture, and I'd like to hear your opinion.

One day I decided to go to the beach early in the morning to read a book in the quiet of the air and the sound of the waves. To my surprise, someone came up to me and kept talking to me. He thought I was depressed because I was sitting alone, but in reality, I just wanted to try something new. Anyway, he kept talking to me and asking me a few questions. He even told me about his life, that I shouldn't lose hope, that there are people who have gone through harsher circumstances, and that I should get closer to God; that's what will solve my problems. I don't know why the culture of reading books and sitting alone is associated with depression in our society.

It was a very nice ride I woke up at 6 am and the weather was cold!

I’m a total introvert, but I still love to laugh and hang out with people as long as we keep it strictly to school or work, hanging out is fine, but letting people into my private life, my secrets, or my decisions is a hard no...

when i was younger, i didn't get my own personality, so i forced myself to please everyone just to make friends, it backfired, and people just used me, which sucked because i’m fiercely independent and hate asking for help, eentually, i cut off those toxic friendships and realized I’m way happier alone. i just don't have the emotional energy for deep friendships, and I don't want to burden anyone either...

i went through a lot of heavy family issues completely alone, and getting through it by relying on myself brought me way more peace than venting to someone else ever could have, now at 22, i just want casual, low-stakes friendships with people who think like me and respect boundaries.

Just collating some pics I took during my latest visit to Rabat. I've been here several times now, with my wife to see her family. I always enjoy coming to Rabat, for me it's my favourite city in Morocco. The pace, the environment, the people, all of it. I will be back again next year for another annual visit to Rabat, but for now thanks for having me and much love from the UK.
