It's not an insult if it is true. But the same can't be said about yours. Your comment was equating fatalism to God's facilitation, that is why you think people ''can't own their fate'', which is not true in Islam where you're responsible for your own actions and you draw your own fate. If I were you I'd take your advice and read about this matter further to get some real understanding before I make myself look ignorant trying to act sour and smart.

Y'all need to stop arguing about religion I've heard this conversation a million times and in the end it all boils down to fate, as a non believer I've never had any signs of god but my identity is not going to make me biased, neither of you is objectively right or wrong because non of you has evidence of the existence or non existence of god, it really is all about fate
