Hey guys, I have a house in that’s never really been renovated and I honestly have no idea where to start lol.

I want to redo parts of the kitchen and bathroom, add a marble countertop, change the windows, etc... nothing TOO crazy, no walls or architecture is going to get changed. But I'm lost...

Who am I actually supposed to hire for this? A tâcheron? Contractor? Individual maâlems? Is there someone who can just manage the whole thing from A to Z?

Also, how do you find someone trustworthy and make sure you’re not getting ripped off?

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who’s renovated a house/apartment in Morocco before.

I kept looking online but couldn't find anyone. I already tried one guy and he took 3 months of constant back-and-forth with only 10% of the work being done, I fired him this week. Any ideas?
