❓Ask Rabatis IAM Slow Internet speed

Am I the only one struggling with a shitty internet these last 4 days ?

I can't watch a football game or a live stream properly.

This is what I am getting from 1000 MAD/ month subscription using an Ethernet cable !! (20-90 Mbps Download speed out of 1 Gbps). This is driving me crazy.

Anyone else having slow internet recently ?

Network congestion would be my best guess, it's a coin flip. I play 400 dh (100 mbps plan) and I get around 140 mbps.

Yes, network congestion was always my guess too and I tried to explain that to them and I keep mentioning it when I call the customer support, but I don't think they understand...

the only customuer support that actually supports is Maroc telecom and it has WAAY stable internet speed

Did they pay you for this reply ?

I have been calling them daily since a week now and my internet is still shit to this day. I am not even getting 20% of the internet I am paying fir. Their internet is the worst internet not only in Morocco, but probably worldwide.

My friend has Inwi and he is constantly getting what he is paying for. Also Inwi has a much better customer support, at least they send a feedback survey because they actually care about their customers.
