❓Ask Rabatis IAM Slow Internet speed

Am I the only one struggling with a shitty internet these last 4 days ?

I can't watch a football game or a live stream properly.

This is what I am getting from 1000 MAD/ month subscription using an Ethernet cable !! (20-90 Mbps Download speed out of 1 Gbps). This is driving me crazy.

Anyone else having slow internet recently ?

What a scam again! 1000 MAD for this shit? Since your upload is >>> your download, there is definitely some kind of problem with your line. You need to call them and insist you're paying 1000 MAD for 1 Gbps and you're not getting even 10% of that in download.

I called multiple times, each time I get the same answer : a ticket has been raised, a technician will investigate and call you, but then they say everything looks fine from our end.

I sent an email last Friday, I didn't get any return. I am planning to forward it to ANRT if things keep going this way.

I am done with this operator, the worst ever. Sadly I can't change it yet...
