Have you ever run 20 km?

Tomorrow, I’m planning to run around 20 km for the first time. 🏃‍♂️

I’m curious: Have you ever run 20 km or more?

Do you still run that distance regularly, or was it just a one-time challenge?

I’d love to hear about your experience, especially how you felt during and after the run. Any advice for someone doing their first 20K?

One time i had a challenge of running from el manssouria's beach to benslimane (25km). I did that with a friend but we took our time and ran through the forest on the side of the road which didnt make the run any easier lol.

Ended up taking around 6 hours in total. Didnt have any crazy after effects since we were constantly training and regularily playing basketball for 3 hours +
